Prime Minister Golob emphasised the need to introduce change gradually and to remain focused: “This is much more difficult to do in politics than in business.” He explained that there are many obstacles to implementing change in the public sector and that patience is needed.

He also pointed out that, in addition to the Ukraine crisis and illegal migration, the climate crisis should not be forgotten: “Every country is trying to do something for itself, but global crises cannot be tackled effectively in this way”, he emphasised.

Among the speakers were also former Finnish Prime Minister Esko Aho and Mate Rimac, founder and president of Rimac Automobili, who shared their knowledge, experience, and advice at the conference.
