Nataša Vidnar meets the conditions prescribed for carrying out the tasks of the Acting Director-General of the Nursing Directorate until the appointment of the Director-General following the competition procedure, but for no longer than until 5 June 2023.

The Government simultaneously issued the decision by means of which it dismissed Doc Dr Mojca Dobnik from the office of the Acting Director-General of the Nursing Directorate. On 14 July 2022, Doc Dr Mojca Dobnik was appointed the Acting Director-General of the Nursing Directorate based on the Government decision until the appointment of the Director-General following the competition procedure, but for no longer than until 13 January 2023. Doc Dr Mojca Dobnik submitted her resignation statement and was, at the proposal of the Minister of Health, dismissed from the office of the Acting Director-General of the Nursing Directorate by the Government on 5 December 2022.
