Consulate General in Cleveland organized a Slovenian cooking class
This evening, the first in a series of nine events of this year's Slovenian Days in Cleveland took place at the Slovenian National Home on St.Clair, opened by Cleveland City Councilor Mike Polensek and SNH President Bob Hopkins together with our Consul General Alenka Jerak.
A record number of participants took part in the culinary event organized by Julie Tromba from "Discover Slovenia in Cleveland", who, under the leadership of dr. Luka Zibelnik was taught to prepare Slovenian plum dumplings.An excellent event in a beautiful atmosphere, the organizers were satisfied, and even more so the participants, who took the prepared dumplings home!
