Announcement of the Republic of Slovenia Cash Tender Offer Results
The Republic of Slovenia announces the cash tender results of the Euro denominated notes of the tender that expired on 15 February 2022.
The following amounts were accepted:
- EUR denominated 2023 Notes (ISIN SI0002103974) maturing on 31 March 2023 – EUR 11,946,000
- EUR denominated 2024 Notes (ISIN SI0002102984) maturing on 9 September 2024 – EUR 3,095,000
- USD denominated 2023 Notes (ISIN XS0927637818/US831594AD88) maturing on 10 May 2023 – USD 6,752,000
- USD denominated 2024 Notes (ISIN XS0982709221/US831594AG10) maturing on 18 February 2024 – USD 575,985,000
