In the context of Slovenia's Presidency of the Council of the European Union, they exchanged views on the strategic partnership between the European Union and Mexico, advocating for a strengthened dialogue between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean. State Secretary Raščan and Undersecretary Moreno called for inclusive and rapid progress in the process of expanding and updating the Global Agreement between the European Union and Mexico.
