EU funding for Jesenice business zone

Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy has issued a financial support decision for the project “Jesenice business zone – construction of urban infrastructure, phase 2”. The project worth EUR 1,150,000 will be implemented by the municipality Jesenice and will receive EUR 628,504 of European Regional Development Fund support.
The project will result in established urban infrastructure in the industrial area of the former ironmaking plant and will provide economic, environmental and spatial reconstruction of Jesenice. After the investment is implemented this area will represent an important functional part of the Jesenice business zone.
