EU funding for energy-saving renovation of Gradišče Residential Care Home

Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy, Managing Authority for ESIF and Cohesion Fund, has issued a grant decision for the project “Energy-saving renovation of the Gradišče Residential Care Home” in Dornberk. The project is worth over EUR 1.3 million and will receive EUR 364,000 of Cohesion Fund support.
The project will cover complete energy-saving renovation of the building, with the following measures being implemented, namely thermal insulation of the ceiling, roof structures, floors above the unheated basement and facades, replacement of furniture, installation of heat pump and ventilation devices, lighting renovation and replacement of air conditioners. The introduction of a monitoring and energy management system is also planned. 4,018.31 m2 of net floor area will be renovated.
