On 16 and 17 October 2019, a high-profile international conference on machine learning and data analytics was held in London entitled "Premier Machine Learning Conference – Predictive Analytics World Business".

On the second day, Karmen Kern Pipan from the Information Society and Informatics Directorate of the Ministry of Public Administration gave a presentation entitled "Big Data and HR: Story of Big Data", which included our achievements in this area. The presentation attracted much attention, including a number of questions regarding the implementation, benefits and future challenges.

This is a high-profile international conference bringing together experts on data management, new technologies, machine learning and business intelligence from the private and public sectors. Over 300 participants from 36 countries are attending the conference. They highlighted the examples of good practices and benefits of data management for the decision-making process in various spheres and branches where the application of advanced machine learning and data analytics technologies greatly increases the added value and reduces the costs.
