Slovenian President signs decree on appointment of Ambassador to France

On 12 July, the President of the Republic of Slovenia signed a decree on the appointment of Metka Ipavic as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to the French Republic.
Metka Ipavic has been employed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1992, and she has also served as Deputy Permanent Representative at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Slovenia to the EU (Coreper I), Head of the Department for Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Oceania, and Head of the Department of North and Latin America and the Caribbean.
