Lidija Dimkovska will be joining Basque poet Beatriz Chivite Ezkieta and Welsh poet Grug Muse at the event organized by Literature Across Frontiers at Ledbury Poetry Festival 2023.
As three women poets from different parts of Europe, they share common themes and their poetry exists ‘between languages’. Each maintains a strong connection to the language of her childhood while at the same time crossing the bridges of translation to reach a wider readership.
In July 2023, Lidija Dimkovska will be an Artist in Residence in London, Slovene Arts & Culture Residencies Programme of the Ministry of Culture which aims to contribute to the international mobility and visibility of Slovene artists.
