Širom, whose unique 'imaginary folk' music has established them as one of the most interesting acts in Slovenia as well as abroad, will be touring in the UK

We are delighted to announce Slovenian trio Širom, whose unique 'imaginary folk' music has established them as one of the most interesting acts in Slovenia as well as abroad, will be touring in the UK.

More than a dozen instruments can be found in the repertoire of Iztok Koren, Samo Kutin and Ana Kravanja and at least as many given musical forms that can be perceived as an inspiration behind the character of this ensemble.

Širom's concert tour is co-founded by the Cultural Fund run jointly by the Slovenian Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and aimed at promoting Slovenian culture abroad.
