Raising Resilience Division
We operate in the field of cybersecurity capacity building. We connect with stakeholders in cybersecurity and carrie out awareness-raising, education and training activities.
Our main tasks in the field of cybersecurity:
- promoting and raising awareness for different target groups,
- (co-)organisation of national and international exercises,
- (co-)organisation of competitions and hackathons,
- development of human resources,
- participation in national and international projects,
- co-financing of research and development projects,
- establishing the system of cybersecurity certification.
The National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre
In order to complement the tasks and activities, we also operate the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre - NCC-SI, which was established on the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Industrial, Technological and Research Centre of Competence in Cybersecurity and a Network of National Cybersecurity Coordination Centres and the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia.
The main tasks of the NCC-SI in the field of cybersecurity:
- building a community that will connect Slovenian companies, educational and research organisations, professional associations and civil society,
- promoting the development of personnel,
- supporting research, development and innovation.
