The Planning Division performs tasks related to the drawing up of proposals for long-term development programmes and national programmes for the development and maintenance of road and railway networks. It prepares and participates in the process of adopting the financial plan (the budget or the revised budget and the annual accounts), implements financial plans (project coordination and the allocation and reallocation of funds) and prepares various comparative analyses in order to monitor the implementation of the budget. The division manages and updates a variety of databases for budget planning and implementation.
