The General Affairs Service provides support to the Agency’s expert services. It is responsible for internal organisation and employees, office administration and the storage of documents and resolves any legal issues encountered by the Agency’s assistants, prepares bases for resolving complaints filed by beneficiaries, provides information on the Agency’s work to the public and is responsible for communication between the Agency and countries and European institutions operating in the field of implementation of the (common) agricultural and fisheries policies.
