The first part of the meeting was devoted to political debate on consumer policy and an exchange of views and experiences. In the second part of the meeting, Minister Počivalšek, at the request of the Portuguese Presidency, presented the priorities of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU in the area of consumer protection.

Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy has issued a funding decision for the project Cycling connection Krško – Sotelsko - Brestanica. Total cost of the project that will be implemented in the scope of the Agreement on the development of the Posavje region amounts to EUR 375,000; the project will receive over EUR 110,000 from the European Regional Development Fund.
