178th regular session of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia
At its regular session held during the visit to the Goriška region, the Government began considering the Wine Act proposal, which it will continue to review at one of its forthcoming sessions. Fifty years of the Treaty of Osimo: Legacy of dialogue and peace

The Republic of Slovenia: JPY31.0bn 3yr Social Samurai bond transaction
On Friday, 7th November 2025, the Republic of Slovenia (“Slovenia”), rated A3 (positive) by Moody’s / AA (stable) by S&P / A+ (stable) by Fitch / AA- (stable) by JCR, successfully priced a JPY31.0bn 3-year fixed rate senior unsecured bond, marking the first Samurai Bond issued by a CEE sovereign this year. Following a highly successful inaugural Social Samurai offering last year, Slovenia has established a strong footprint in the Japanese market. Daiwa, Mizuho, Nomura and SMBC Nikko jointly led the offering.

Fajon: Slovenia proves that small countries can drive big change on climate
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Tanja Fajon is in Belém, Brazil, attending the Leaders' Summit of the 30th session of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30). 177th Regular Session of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia
At today’s session, the Government adopted the Draft Act on Measures to Ensure Public Safety (Šutar Act), which aims to strengthen security across the country. It also approved the Draft Juvenile Criminal Justice Act and the amendments to the Minor Offences Act, the Probation Act, and the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency Act. Furthermore, the Government decided that the Slovenian Armed Forces will assist the Police in the broader protection of the national border.

State Secretary Neva Grašič attended the 14th annual meeting of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) foreign ministers in Sarajevo.
