Temporary change in office hours for issuing documents

From February 16, 2026, until further notice, office hours for document issuance will be temporarily adjusted to ensure smooth operations.

The Slovenian Maritime Administration is committed to the professional, high-quality, and timely performance of its duties, as well as to providing clear and comprehensive information to the public. We place special emphasis on understanding the needs of our clients and ensuring the accurate, reliable, and efficient delivery of services.

To ensure smooth operations and the fastest possible processing of all received applications, we have adjusted our workflow for issuing documents (boat operator certificates, seafarer authorizations, seaman’s books, pilot’s licenses) with clients during office hours.

Office hours will be temporarily adjusted, effective February 16, 2026, until further notice:

  • Monday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We kindly ask our customers to submit their inquiries via email whenever possible, as this significantly contributes to faster and more efficient processing.
