The proposal of the Act on temporary measures to improve personnel and working conditions and the capacities of providers of social assistance and long-term care services – third reading
At today's correspondence session, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia formulated the text of the proposed Act on temporary measures to improve staffing and working conditions and capacities of providers of social assistance and long-term care services. The text of the proposal is in the third reading stage and will be sent for consideration to the National Assembly of the Republic of the Republic of Slovenia.
The proposed Act has been prepared on the basis of the adopted amendments to the proposed Act and the Articles to which the amendments were adopted. With the proposed material, legally and technical arrangements have been made for the third reading of the proposed Act on the basis of the adopted amendments.

The Government agreed to the proposed changes to the new legal amendments to the Act Determining Intervention Measures for Flood and Landslide Recovery of August 2023
At its 111th regular session, the Government adopted the text of the proposed Act amending the Act Determining Intervention Measures for Flood and Landslide Recovery of August 2023 and sent it to the National Assembly for consideration under the urgent procedure. The aim of the proposed Act is to accelerate and improve the efficiency of the determination of procedures for providing support to the residents who are on the list of areas and structures intended for removal and the construction of replacement residential buildings.
The proposed Act provides for the transfer of tasks concerning the construction of replacement buildings to the DSU, Management and Consultancy Company, which will perform in the name and on behalf of the Republic of Slovenia the tasks related to the acquisition of real property scheduled for removal and whose removal is urgent in the public interest.
The Government agrees with the proposed amendments to proposed Act, which take into account the comments of the National Assembly's Legislative and Legal Service to the maximum extent possible.
