"Last year, Slovenia and Korea marked the 30^th anniversary of diplomatic cooperation. During this period, they have formed excellent political ties and set up economic and cultural cooperation, which has now been upgraded by the establishment of the Slovenian Embassy in Korea, led by Ambassador Jernej Müller," said Minister Fajon at the official opening of the Embassy. She underlined that the Embassy's activities in Seoul will greatly contribute to the strengthening of the comprehensive relations and friendship between the two like-minded countries, both also newly elected non-permanent members of the UN Security Council. "I believe that by addressing global challenges in the Security Council, we can collectively contribute to world peace and stability," added Minister Fajon.
