Cleveland Sister Cities Conference 2022 to start in Cleveland tomorrow

At the upcoming Cleveland Sister Cities Conference 2022 (October 18-20), Ljubljana, a long-time partner of Cleveland, will present itself during several events.

Today we started setting up the exhibition about Plecnik´s Ljubljana.

Slovenian contributions to the conference:

- on-line architectural panel on urban planning and architecture (representative of the City of Ljubljana Dr. Liljana Jankovič Grobelšek, and special guest Dr. Noah Charney);

- the opening of the exhibition "Plečnik's Ljubljana" of the Museum of Architecture and Design Ljubljana, with an introduction by Dr. Noah Charney;

- panel "Beebridge" with a presentation of Slovenian cultural heritage and the meaning behind paintings on the beehive panels (Beekeeping Museum Radovljica);

- on-line panel about youth and education: United Nations Model (High school Bežigrad).
