Prime Minister Janez Janša meets with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán
Prime Minister Janez Janša today in Bled met with the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán. The prime ministers discussed the relations between the two countries and their close and comprehensive cooperation.
They both expressed strong support for the minorities on both sides of the state border and undertook to strengthen cooperation in various bilateral projects. They also highlighted the importance of strategic cooperation in Central Europe.
At the close of the talks, the Slovenian Prime Minister presented his Hungarian counterpart with a formal document and commemorative award for selflessness in the fight against COVID-19. He thanked the Hungarian Prime Minister for the generous assistance and solidarity of the Hungarian people during the worst coronavirus crisis.
