MFA advises against all travel as holiday season approaches

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs
At the outbreak of the pandemic, the Slovenian authorities advised against all travel and repeatedly called on Slovenian citizens to postpone their travel plans. This also applies to the coming Easter season.

The Ministry would once again like to caution Slovenian and foreign nationals that they will be put in quarantine upon entering Slovenia (at their homes or at another designated location). Health care will be provided for persons showing symptoms of Covid-19.

After 14 days, passengers leaving Slovenia may again be put in quarantine.
