State Secretary Dr Božo Predalič attended a high-level conference in Brussels on reducing administrative burden. At the conference, he presented Slovenia’s approach to reducing bureaucracy. Representatives of the participating countries signed a declaration forming an alliance, committing to closer cooperation in creating a simpler, more effective regulation.

Denis Zobarič, State Secretary at the Ministry of the Interior and Public Administration, attended the Berlin Process Interior Ministers' Meeting in Podgorica. Participants discussed ways to strengthen regional cooperation and resilience against organised crime, border management, and the fight against hybrid threats and irregular migration.

Franci Matoz, Minister of the Interior and Public Administration, met with Ivica Dačić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, in Belgrade today. They discussed cooperation in the field of internal security, the management of migration flows, the fight against organised crime and ways to further deepen police cooperation between the two countries.
