The Support Unit provides support to the activities of the SAF Force Command, organisational units located at Ivan Cankar Vrhnika Barracks and, if need be, Force Command’s organisational units in other locations.

Garrison Unit of the Ivan Cankar Barracks provides logistics support to Slovenian Armed Forces commands and units stationed in the barracks. It performs key tasks related to the administration and maintenance of infrastructure and garrison supply.

The aim of the Civil-Military Cooperation Unit is to cooperate with civilian and military organisations at home and abroad.
