The Service for the Supervision of Court Administration supervises the judicial administration, the meeting of criteria for high quality in court operations and the conduct of court administration affairs and provides the control of court fees under the provisions of the law thereon. It is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Court Rules and conducting administrative checks in accordance therewith. It also exercises powers under the Courts Act and the Judicial Service Act (review of operations, supervision of court administration and of judicial work, and disciplinary procedures) and performs other tasks within its remit.
