The Finance and Organisation Service plans and coordinates the preparation of the draft budget and the annual accounts. The Service is responsible for the implementation of the financial plan (it prepares FEP forms, contracts and other legal documents, orders for payments, reallocations of commitment appropriations, plans for development programmes, proposals of monthly liquidity plans, and other bookkeeping documents for recording business events). It prepares and executes procedures related to public procurement, prepares and executes the settlements of travel forms, aligns the annual inventory of assets and liabilities once a year, prepares financial analyses and reports, and collates data related to tangible property and business premises.
For the Financial Administration, the Service records the payments of fines, court fees and other receivables, prepares data for the recovery of unpaid receivables, and carries out the transfer of data into the e-Izterjave (e-Recovery) application. For the State Attorney’s Office, the Service prepares the data on claims in cases of bankruptcy, civil bankruptcy and the striking-off of business entities from the register.
