The Internal Audit Service carries out internal audits at the Ministry and its constituent bodies, plans the internal audit report, provides advice and follows up on recommendations.

We carry out tasks and activities relating to the development of audit plans and priority tasks, prepare audit needs assessments to determine the systems and risks covered by the audits and the frequency of audits. We draw up strategic and annual audit plans, issue audit reports and provide internal and external control. We assess the adequacy of control systems and the results of the work.
