The Service ensures the correct and timely preparation of the materials of the Ministry for regular sessions and correspondence meetings of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, sessions of the Committee for State Order and Public Affairs, the Committee for the Economy and the Government Commission for Administrative Affairs and Appointments.  It monitors the publication of materials on the government portal website and ensures the timely submission of comments on and approvals of the published material. It is also responsible for the electronic processing, verification and sending of government materials. It prepares and collects materials for sessions of the National Assembly, the Committee on Foreign Policy and the Committee on EU Affairs, and is responsible for the provision of timely answers to questions and motions tabled by deputies of the National Assembly, and the implementation of decisions and obligations towards the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the National Assembly.
