Gregor Greif, D.Sc., works at the Budget Supervision Office of the Republic of Slovenia. In his 15 years of practice, he has gained a wide variety of experience in the use of EU funds. He spent the first five years of his career at the Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy as a management authority, after which he performed the role of auditor at the Budget Supervision Office for eight and a half years, and for a year and a half before taking on the post of Budget Supervision Office Director, he was Head of the Employment Division at the Labour Market and Employment Directorate of the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, where he acted as an intermediary authority on the use of EU funds. During his time as auditor, he obtained the title of State Internal Auditor and Certified State Internal Auditor.
