Bodies within ministries

Bodies within ministries are established for performing specialised expert tasks, executive and developmental administrative tasks, tasks of inspection and other supervision, and public service tasks, where this ensures greater efficiency and quality or if an increased level of professional independence in the performance of tasks is required due to the nature of the tasks and the field of work. The guidelines for the operation of each body are provided by the minister, who represents the body before the National Assembly and the Government.
